What can be done to reach a country that rejects Jesus?

It is safe to say that Jews have astonishingly more freedom and equality here in the US than a Christian does in Israel.

As a Christan it causes me to question what 'ally' truly means.

What can we do to reach those who continue to reject Jesus Christ?
