Prehistoric...

The only prehistoric entity was God Almighty...

The origins of decorating one's house in the winter time has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus Christ but instead have their origins in the winter festivals such as Saturnalia  dating back to the Roman Empire's rule.

The ends do not justify the means...

Modern Christianity has succumbed to the numbing feel good philosophy of situational ethics. They have come to believe that there has to be flexibility in moral actions in order to achieve the greater good.

Christians today believe that in some situations the ends do justify the means. They embrace war under the notion that a successful outcome would somehow bring greater peace. Thus they condone actions such as bombing entire cities with atomic weapons in order to save millions of lives later. They essentially believe that murdering thousands of people is justified whether they be innocent or guilty because it would bring safety to themselves and their families. In other words, in order to save lives later we must murder today. They believe that since it is in the context of war then it is not murder. They are gravely mislead in their thinking as the Bible does not justify this mindset.

Many today embrace the lesser of evils in many areas of their lives thinking that that somehow this is better than whatever the more evil choice was. Yet God's Word says to abstain from all appearances of evil and to hold fast to that which is good.

It is sad but today's Christian has a flexible moral scale that is no different than the world's yet because this person may take the supposed higher road in certain areas of their lives they believe they are somehow different yet instead they are conformed to the world. In many areas of living they look no different than the world. One only needs to look at the fashion, the music, the entertainment choices (clothes or lack there of..., tattoos, etc), the hobbies, etc and they will see that the outward appearance of the so-called Christian today is no different than those who do not claim Christ as their Lord.

The Christian today believe that they must be part of world and look like the world in order to reach the world yet God says to not be conformed to the world. God said that the friends of the world are enemies of Him.

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2

…know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. James 4:4

The ends do not justify the means...

Yea hath God said? Do we really need to learn Greek to know for sure???

The modern day bible agnostics who do not believe that God has preserved His perfect Word in the English language insist that we must learn Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic in order to get the pure meanings. Strange that the Bible does not limit God along these lines.

I believe that God can do all things and is not limited by any language barriers. He used men filled with His spirit to pen His words and I believe He has used men in the same capacity to bring it into the English language.

The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. Psalm 12:6&7

When anyone tells you that you have to go to the so-called original Greek you must question them as to whose rendition of this Greek should we then turn to? 

There are many dozens if not more different Greek New Testaments out there so which one do we go to?

Some may recommend that you go to the popular Nestle Aland version but then you have to ask, why did they need to revise that 28 different times? 

I reject the Nestle Aland due to it being rooted out of the Alexandrian manuscripts. That Greek will lead you astray as it did for myself for many years. 

This entire issue boils down to the core problem with man's attempt to be equal with God in the realm of Bible translations. 

Man literally criticizes God's word through the process called Textual Criticism. 

The intellectuals that were indoctrinated in today's modern Cemeteries, sorry, Seminaries, will tell you that Textual Criticism is needed so we can best determine what God really said. 

I have learned that Textual Criticism is really nothing more than the same ploy that Satan used in the Garden when he tempted Eve with: 

"Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?...Ye shall not surely die..." Genesis 3:1 and 4

Well Satan was wrong and so are today's so-called intellectual textual critics....

Forbidden fruit as bait...

The modern church today is using the forbidden fruit from the garden instead of the the bread of life to lure people into their buildings.

This is through humanism.

Humanism states that the end of all being is the happiness  of man where Christianity, based solely on God's Word, states that the end of all being is the happiness of God.

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, [6] To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Redeem time wisely

Not surprised...what was everyone thinking would really happen?

I amazed but not surprised that during the election the unstable pro-Trump electorate believed the words of this man. Especially in regards to this point.

This was arguably the pivotal position that this man won the election on.

I tried many times on this very point to warn others that this man had integrity issues.

I really wanted to wrong on this and everything I saw coming. I still do but history and logic are stating that my desire along these lines will likely not play out.

True Thanksgiving for a Christian

 And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the Lord , offer it at your own will. Leviticus 22:29

I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O Lord : [7] That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works. Psalm 26:6-7

Sound doctrine is a thing of the past...

Today's church embraces modern doctrines that are not found in the writings and teachings of the first century church nor in scriptures.

Self-centered and self-pleasing doctrines such as one saved always saved (AKA the preservation of the saints) and the pre-trib rapture are taken out contorted and noncentextual scriptures in order to itch the ears of today's humanist ChristIan.

Show me scriptures that state the contrary.

While you are at it please also provide any first century writings that clearly support these doctrines as well.

We are told to:

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. [3] For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; [4] And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. [5] But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. 2 Timothy 4:2-5

We are also told to:

...Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But...today's church, just as the people during Jeremiah's time, is saying:...We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16

We should be hearing less from our Federal Government and more from the locals...

At any level when the government dictates what the market can and cannot do you no longer have a free market. The underlying currency is fiat so thus anything above that is not free.

Sad that but our country has fallen prey to this thinking.

We have done the same thing with freedom, which holds even more sinister outcomes.

We believe that the government has the right to dictate what freedoms and liberties we have and thus true freedom is not accomplished. The more this degradation occurs the closer to full blown tyranny we get.

At the Federal Level we should be hearing much less in regards to our daily lives. Those concerns should be with our local governments only. Sad but its not just the Democrats that violate this Constitutional mindset in their practices and ideology but even the Republicans miss this point.

This shift of power from the local governments has been happening almost from the beginning.  This shift was seen most clearly during Andrew Jackson's presidency. Even his own vice president, John Calhoun disagreed with Jackson's unconstitutional position that the Federal Government ought to have more power over the states. Calhoun was in strong support of maintaining State's rights over the Federal government which is the way it was originally intended.

Jackson may have been a hero to some in that he battled against the ideology of central banking and he supposedly won the battle there but his push to increase the powers of the Federal Government over the states led us directly to what we have today, the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve has forced our economy to be fully fiat with full legal support coming from the Federal Government towards this effort.

Fiat currency requires full manipulation (control) from the private entity known as the Federal Reserve and with full legal support from the Federal government. This is economic bondage in a real sense. We are in debt to a private collection of banks who have legal backing from the Federal Government and the states can do nothing about this at this time. That is unless the people wake up and rise up.

The above paragraph gives a clear definition of what a cartel really looks like.

How is that for evil? We need a complete overhaul not just small patches.

Swim against the flow...is this really what Christians are thinking and practicing?

Christians pride themselves as being different from the world. They see themselves as swimming against the world's selfish ways but is this really what is happening, especially when it comes to Christmas?

I have seen that this is an egregious illogical fallacy in that their claim does not actually line up with their actions. 

They claim to have a Biblical worldview but instead their worldview is humanistic in nature. They see that their happiness is the end of all being and not actually the Lord's good pleasure, which is the actual worldview that the Bible teaches. 

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13

Case in point...Christmas. If one chooses to go against the masses and not celebrate this day due to lack of Biblical guidance to do so and due to the materialistic and selfish nature of the day they are attacked and ridiculed by self-professing Christians for doing so. Essentially they are attacked and ridiculed for going against the flow. See the irony and hypocrisy here? 

People defend Christmas as a means to their happiness more so than they do for God's glory. They say it is for His glory and that they are defending it as a means to recognize the birth of Christ yet they cling to the many traditions within this celebration that have nothing to with His birth. 

People insist that God wants us to remember His Son's birth. The scriptures tell us otherwise. 

While the Bible gives a historical recording of Jesus' birthday we are not told, at any level, to make this a ritualistic and selfish day. We are not told to give His birth more recognition than His death. 

But one will argue that they do give attention to recognizing His death in their celebration of Easter. That day is also riddled with many pagan compromises that Christians have adopted into their celebration of it, much like what they do with Christmas. One thing is for sure, Easter, or as some will call it resurrection day, gets nowhere the attention and obsession that Christmas does.  

The Bible does in fact give us very clear and specific instructions to remember the death of Jesus until He comes again. Not his birth or resurrection but His death. This is for a very specific and important reason. 

This is because it is His death, not His birth, that brings us the required forgiveness of sins. The sin that has separated us from God was nailed to that cross and He carried them to His death so that we may live. He bore the price of our sins so that we may live forever with the Father as was originally intended at the beginning of all things.

Instead of having a selfish defense of His birth we ought to give a more consistent cadence of practice to the remembering of His death because that was the day which the LORD hath made; we should rejoice and be glad in it.

The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death. Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD: This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter. Did you know the 2nd amendment does not give us the right to bear arms?

Many assume that it does but they are wrong.

The original intent actually makes an affirmative statement that we have always had that right.

It confirms that the basic rights, as laid out in the Constitution, have always been in place.

It places these within our base law to say that we do indeed have the right to defend ourselves, even against our government if the need should ever arise.

So none of the rights in the Constitution are given to us by the Constitution as the government cannot give us our rights. It can only defend the basic rights we already had as given to us by our Creator.

The problem we have today is that conservatives have lost sight of that and thus they are fighting an uphill battle against liberals in trying to maintain these basic rights.

Donald's opinion on the issue of gay marriage supposedly conflicts with the Republican party but you can and will find others within the party that feels the same way as Donald does on this issue.

I can say that it definitely conflicts with what anyone at the Federal level should be focusing on. This is not their jurisdiction at all.

I can also say that this definitely conflicts with God's position on the subject.

The Mandrake Mechanism: Everyone should know how the Federal Reserve Works

While everyone should know, most do not and most do not even care. They are comfortably numb or better stated, comfortably dumb...There is a cure for this. Just start reading here and then wake up and dig in and study it for yourself.

I have said it before that this system is usury as per the Bible's definition of usury. It is ungodly and needs to be abolished. But for some reason people are addicted to debt and the temporary satisfaction that it brings them and they do not want to give this up...

G. Edward Griffin in his book The Creature from Jekyll Island gives a detailed look at how the Federal Reserve actually makes money out of thin air. He called this technique "the Mandrake Mechanism" after Mandrake the Magician from the comics going back to the 1930s.

"The entire function of this machine is to convert debt into money.

It's just that simple.

First, the Fed takes all the government bonds which the public does not buy and writes a check to Congress in exchange for them. (It acquires other debt obligations as well, but government bonds comprise most of its inventory.) There is no money to back up this check.

These fiat dollars are created on the spot for that purpose.

By calling those bonds "reserves," the Fed then uses them as the base for creating 9 additional dollars for every dollar created for the bonds themselves.

The money created for the bonds is spent by the government, whereas the money created on top of those bonds is the source of all the bank loans made to the nation's businesses and individuals.

The result of this process is the same as creating money on a printing press, but the illusion is based on an accounting trick rather than a printing trick.

The bottom line is that Congress and the banking cartel have entered into a partnership in which the cartel has the privilege of collecting interest on money whi~h it creates out of nothing, a perpetual override on every American dollar that exists in the world.

Congress, on the other hand, has access to unlimited funding without having to tell the voters their taxes are being raised through the process of inflation.

Are you a Christian, an Evangelical or someone who just pretends to be godly?

Do you pretend to have a form of godliness but your actions and focus in life prove otherwise?

If so-called evangelicals were even close to being as excited about Jesus Christ as they are about their politicians, political parties, sports teams, music, entertainment, etc, etc, then the church could actually make a positive impact on turning this wretched world around for God's sake.

Realistically Christians should be completely sold out to Jesus Christ and Him alone. They should not be focused on or in other words obsessed with the things of this world.

But since most folks today are only self-professing Evangelical Christians then it makes sense why the world is in such darkness.

Just recently we saw this during the Presidential election. We saw folks who profess to being Evangelical Christians evangelizing like crazy about their favorite political candidate to just about everyone. They did this and even continue to do this with much more passion than they do when and if they ever share to others about Jesus Christ, whom they have supposedly given their lives to.

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:4

"The Bible doesn't say that!"...Well actually it does...

Modern doctrine adherents will say..."it doesn't really say that"...

They will say something like..."what it really means is, once you are saved you are always saved"...

Uh, no it doesn't.  It says exactly this:

Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief,

in departing from the living God.

[13] But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day;

lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

 [14] For we are made partakers of Christ,

if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

[15] While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice,

harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Hebrews 3:12-15

The literal context infers that one has to be with the living God in order to be able to depart...

It is saying that this is a real potential if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.

This literally contradicts anyone who insists that salvation is unconditional.

"If" is a very conditional word.

This isn't  the only place were this is seen in the Bible. It's not hard to find them. Try looking for them on  your own and then go ask your pastor why he is teaching nonbiblical doctrines. Ask him, 'who else taught this before Calvin?'

This is by far the best solution for those who want to leave the country due to recent events...

If you do this then you get to be citizen of the only true Kingdom. You would become a stranger, an alien if you will, in this country and would immediately become a member of the country ruled by the one and only true God!

Donald Trump, throughout his campaign and especially during the second debate said that when he was elected he would ensure that Hillary Clinton would be put in jail, as she should be.

During his acceptance speech he turned directions on his word apparently, once again. He said "We owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country,".

Let us not give up our due diligence as a people. Let us not turn our backs on justice for the sake of so-called bipartisan politics or for any other reason.

My demands to the new administration...From a born again Christian, tax paying, disabled American Veteran, who is a very "special interest" individual...

1. Overturn Roe V Wade. We have had ample opportunities to do so in the past so now is the time to actually get it done.

2. Do away with the government's control over the churches of America through 501 (C)(3). This would restore the Church's affirmed right to free speech and freedom to worship and serve as they are directed by their God to do so. Control over the church is God's jurisdiction and not the government's.

3. Maintain the separation of the government from the church but not the church from the government. This includes no taxation with strings attached (see number 1...), etc.

4. Support a parent's right to school their children as they choose.

5. Abolish the Federal Reserve.

6. Abolish the IRS.

7. Abolish Federal control over local schools. I would prefer abolishing public schools in general but the masses are too addicted to this concept to go cold turkey so for now it is sufficient enough to make the "Independent" school districts truly independent and locally controlled.

8. Stop meddling in foreign affairs with the military running point and calling it "defending our freedom" when it is really protecting material wealth. Bring our boys and girls home so they can defend our borders as the Constitution intended for in the first place. Let's take care of the problems we have at home instead of pretending to be the moral police over seas. Currently this moral policing is being done by a godless secular government and this is very much an illogical oxymoron.

9. Stop using the Federal Government as a tool to promote Humanism which includes 501 (C)(3) religions by way the American Humanist Association and other secular, non-supernatural so-called religions. This means these are government recognized religious organizations in the eyes of the government. By using tax payer's moneys in promoting evolution in government controlled institutions such as schools, parks, etc. the Federal Government is pushing acceptance of a core tenant of some religions over others and this is not to be allowed.

10. Repent for the sins of this country done against the one true and almighty God. This actually should be number one but I am placing it last because it truly covers everything else that needs to be said and done.

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same...Romans 13:3

When have you ever heard your pastor preach on this? Ezekiel 18:4, 19-32

God said it, not me. If you fall into any of these categories then as an individual you are are worthy of death and need to repent of your sins and turn to God with complete submission to Him!

Wolf vs Wolf...We need to repent...

By the clearest of Biblical definitions we have a definitive wolf vs a definitive wolf in sheep's clothing to choose from in this election. Shame on America for choosing these two as the supposed final choices to lead what many falsely believe to be a nation blessed by God.

On one hand we have an adultery defending woman who is literally guilty of treason against her own people and on the other hand we have the wolf dressed as a sheep who has never repented of the destruction of lives that he encouraged through his pursuit of wealth in building up and supporting of the gambling and adultery culture.

Shame on America.

Believers, take solace in the fact that God will provide the required justice.

Sad state of affairs...

It is crazy, and sad, that a gambling supporter and adulterer is struggling to hold a slight, if any lead, on a should-be felon and adultery supporter. I cannot believe I am saying this about our Presidential hopefuls....We need lots of fervent prayer and and our country indeed needs to repent...

Two Party Thinking...insane and illogical...

I am still waiting for someone to make sense of the logic that in this or any election that we are not voting for just a President but we are actually voting for admins, judges, etc.

I personally want full protection of life from conception and well past birth. I want the sanctity of life protected all the way. When anyone dies is not our jurisdiction, only God’s. Most Christians agree with that but there is a dilemma with this two party system’s thinking along these and other lines. One side claims to be for life while the other is outwardly for abortion. Truth is, there are many who ride the fence on this issue in both parties and both parties have folks who support abortion.

With that said the mantra tends to be that the Democrats somehow gave us Roe V Wade and that we need conservative benches who will turn Roe V Wade around, completely. Well the truth is, five of those who voted that it is a supposed Constitutional right for women to  kill their babies were Justices who were nominated by Republican Presidents. On top of that, since Roe V Wade was decided on in 1970 there were many benches that were supposedly conservative on the majority side yet these "conservative" leaning benches did nothing to reverse Roe V Wade when it is well within their rights to do so.

I am bewildered that we continue to buy into the same mindset election after election that somehow it will make a difference. That one of the two parties can turn this whole thing around yet after several Republican led admins, congresses, etc., we continue to see abortion not only legal but tax funded, the federal government continues to expand and state's and individual's rights continue to erode. One will be hard pressed to show any trends that indicate otherwise. Because you cannot do so.

Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Our thinking strays far from the rational and is indeed insane and illogical.

We certainly need to pray hard and preach loud the truth. Man's ways have failed, we need God to step in. I feel deep in my soul and have some confirmation from God's Word that the last day’s judgment that the Bible speaks of is soon to come. We may be witnessing the stage being set.

Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead!

Keep in mind that Roe V Wade was carried by five Republican nominated Justices back in 1970 and we have had supposedly conservative majority benches several times since then without any reversals of Roe V Wade, when they could have. We need to pray for revival, an awaking of the people, who at this time, and for some time now, are asleep.
