If you desire to go to heaven because you do not want to go to hell then there is a problem.
That problem is called selfishness and the Bible says you will not make it to heaven based on this attitude.
If you desire to go to heaven because your almighty, awesome, wonderful Creator is there then you have the heart and attitude that God desires.
This attitude allows a soul to be truly repentant and ready to sincerely believe in Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
This attitude of humility and wonder allows a soul to serve God wholeheartedly.
This selfless attitude is what God desires.
