The Bible calls for a willingness to have the daily attitude in our hearts to die for Jesus Christ daily.
It calls for us to put aside our carnal desires. To stop serving ourselves and to serve the one true almighty God on a day in and day out basis.
A true believer finds joy in this opportunity.
To be able to serve daily the one true almighty God.
There is no other higher purpose!

This quote is attributed to two Moravian missionaries who in 1732 willingly sold themselves into a lifetime of slavery so that they could bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to thousands of slaves who otherwise would not have heard the gospel.
