We must not compromise with our words and our own perception as to what is good when reaching out to the Lost!

This is a powerful testimony (link below). From all I have studied regarding the New Age and with the writer mentioning her referencing Edgar Cayce it is very bone chilling. Cayce is about as evil as it gets on the east side of eastern mysticism. Crazy.

I very much like how she describes her being drawn to God as a compulsion. It is amazing how she so articulately describes the lack of love, personality and in-depth relationship that the new age philosophy brings in regards to the ‘god’ concept. I love how she identified Jesus as so real and personal and yet so powerful in regards to love itself.

Some today seemingly try to diminish the implications of a believer dabbling in if not sliding full on into this philosophy. They feel that pursuing some of these things but staying clean and sober is somehow better than sliding into what most perceive as full on sinful debauchery. We need to be clear on the Biblical standard here, someone who is pursuing these things at any level from God’s perspective are in no way clean or victorious no matter how physically clean they may be living. Jesus was very clear when He said that no one can serve more than one master. When one rejects Jesus they are in no way in a good place. If they die in this rebellious state they are justly due the wrath of God.

I constantly have to keep my Mom in check in regards to this as she constantly tries to downplay my sister and brother’s situations by saying they are doing good by not drinking, doing drugs or living in sexual impurity.

If good, clean and victorious somehow pertains to drinking, drugs and sex then I suppose those may be good, clean and victorious to some degree but from an eternal perspective that perception lacks any value in God’s economy when they are done apart from Jesus. Sober and so-called moral people go to eternal damnation if they die without Jesus.

My brother and sister are in no way pursuing after God or are they even trying to serve Him in any capacity yet they constantly try to justify themselves. They play the pseudo-Christian game trying to fake their way through it all. In some people’s cases they are not even trying to fake it but instead dive headlong into the new age leaving the old paths behind. They outright deny Jesus. We ought to fear for their sous and sincerely speak out with the whole truth without any compromise so that the point is not missed.

Co-dependency is the death of many addicts in regards to chemical substances and so it is as well when we are co-dependently enabling a lost person. The later is even more dangerous because souls are in rebellion against God and one cannot ever be in a much worse state than that.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:31.

We need to be honest about what the scriptures say and be faithful in how we respond under God’s written directions to those who are lost and heading towards the wrath of God and eternal damnation.
