Where are the Watchmen Today? Where is the truth of the complete Gospel?

There is a reason God specifically spoke through Ezekiel twice on this matter. It is for us to not miss it but somehow we have. There are too many self-professed "Evangelicals" today but there is a drastic lack of any actual evangelizing going on.

It is simple, if you do not warn the wicked or those who were once righteous to turn from their wickedness and iniquity then their blood will be on your hands.

Also keep in mind that the righteous as per the Biblical standard are those who are in a right standing with God. This is stated clear and in context within the scripture that one can simply turn from God and choose to go back to a life of sin. When this happens then the righteousness that once was "shall not be remembered". This is why before John Calvin you did not see many if any preach on once saved always saved. This is why salvation ought to be nourished, cherished and protected at all costs. Salvation does not come with a side order of greasy grace (see Romans 6:1-2)  but instead ought to handled with fear and trembling as Paul said in Philippians 2:12.  (scriptures provided at the end of the article).

Ezekiel 3:17-21   Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
18   When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
19   Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
20   Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
21   Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

Ezekiel 33:10-11,13  Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
11   Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
13  When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.

Before anyone spews out the rhetoric that they have been taught by pastors and theologians of today that I am talking about works based salvation let me just say that I am not saying that all. Jesus paid it all on the cross. He did it whether I or anyone for that matter accepts it or not.

There are many references throughout the Bible of people letting go of the gift after they had received it. Dogs returning to vomit, pigs wallowing in the mire, prodigal sons and others. You have to see these examples within their correct contexts in how they were given to us in the Bible verses the twisted contortions that preachers do today in order to further protect their sacred cow of OSAS (once saved always saved).

Think about the Book of Life. Those that are written in are saved. Context is clear down to the very name of the book. In order for one to be removed from the Book of Life they had to be written in there in the first place. To say that the preservation of the Saints or once save always saved is true makes God a liar (See Exodus 32:31-33 below).

Revelation 22:19   And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Exodus 32:31-33   And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.
32   Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin—; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.
33   And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

So if you are still going to persistent and cling onto this new doctrine of once saved always saved then I challenge you with this. Can you point out one covenant that God made with man in regards to eternal salvation that was unconditional?  Think about that.

Philippians 2:12  Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Paul is not saying work your way into salvation. That was already in available because of what Jesus did on the cross.

Romans 6:1-2  What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2   God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

This is Paul's reference to greasy grace that too many preach on today saying it is ok. Paul disagreed with a hearty "God forbid".

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
