He gave his supposed opinion but he gave no substantial answer as to the essential underlying reasons.
If he was so passionate about this then a more qualified answer would have been provided such as the regard for the life of the baby and that US law has already determined the baby was a human life and because of that the murder of a pregnant woman can be charged as a double homicide. There are many other reasons why such as God has provided life and it is not in our jurisdiction to decide who gets to live and who gets to die. That of course is the most important reason but it will not be said by this man as he does truly believe in or does he obey the one true Creator God.
Sad but his heart and mind were not engaged on this answer but only on a very superficial level. Early on in his answer he pushes the responsibility off to others such as the courts and the states. This has been the course we have followed up until now including during other Republican Administrations and the rights of the baby are now weaker than ever. They do not improve they only weaken over every administration. Unless Presidents, Congressmen and Senators take very strong and personal stands on this issue we will not see it turn around. Trump has not provided us any assurance that he has this sort of conviction other than empty rhetoric.
Hillary is dead wrong regarding her position on so-called Pro-Choice but she gave a much more detailed and passionate answer than Trump did. The details and passion that she provided does not equate to a more correct position but it did highlight Trump's lack of passion on the issue.
