If the United States were actually a Christian nation then this would be said of us..,

"We ourselves were well conversant with war, murder and everything evil, but all of us throughout the whole wide earth have traded in our weapons of war. We have exchanged our swords for plowshares, our spears for farm tools...now we cultivate the fear of God, justice, kindness, faith, and the expectation of the future given us through the Crucified One....The more we are persecuted and martyred, the more do others in ever increasing numbers become believers." - Justin Martyr

Instead of trying to win souls for Christ we choose to kill all those who we call our enemies. 

The "interests" of the U.S. are considered more important than the souls whom Christ the Lord died for.

I spent 8 years in the military and have since then become a born again believer. I have seen first hand the hypocrisy that our churches and country are entrenched in.

The so-called Christians in America as well as America herself must repent and turn to God!

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; [45] That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matthew 5:44-45
