This picture does seem to indicate that most of our emotions get raised under the guise of "spiritual indignation" but only when it hits closer to home where it becomes a real potential threat of actually causing your"self" harm.
Let that sink in.
When something like this, in much greater scale, is done in the middle east or in Africa it is not as much a concern to folks but when it hits the more developed western world in which we essentially live then we are "righteously" aroused in anger?
The spiritual math is off here somehow.
It was a travesty but we need to be consistent in our concerns. Wrong is wrong no matter where it is played out. We need to stop being selfish and start really being concerned about others IMHO...
