The system creates moderately average workers by design who cannot critically think.
The President of the University I went to back in the mid-2000's said something along the lines of this at our commencement ceremony: "we have taken these young men and women and turned them into critical thinkers".
A couple of things come to mind on this. Why did they not come to the University already with the ability to critically think and did you really turn them into critical thinkers?
As a product of both lower and higher education I learned that neither have really created any critical thinkers.
As long as evolution is pushed these individuals will, for the most part, live out their lives with world views that lack any answers with substantive logical backing.
Logic cannot be explained by evolution.
Only the Christian worldview has a logically sound answer as to where logic originated and for it's proper application.
