Christian, don’t be selfish

Paul understood it clearly...Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend (1 Corinthians 8:13)...and...For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another (Galatians 5:13).

Peter got it also...not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. (2 Peter 2:16).

Christian, if your self-satisfaction trumps the needs of others then you need to examine your walk as did King David.

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.  Psalm 139:23-24
