The Rocks do not speak for themselves, we must interpret them via our worldview presuppositions.

My worldview interprets these as awesome evidence of a world-wide flood that occurred about four thousand or so years ago. 

Others may have a different way of interpreting these in regards to their origins but one thing is certain, the rocks themselves say nothing other than the fact that they exist. We must apply our presuppositions in order to interpret their origins as none of us were there to witness their lives nor deaths.

I like having these around to remind of how awesome God really is!
