Who's your daddy, grandpa, great grandpa, etc, etc...and does it really matter???

Most people seem to not realize what Paul told Timothy, to not get caught up with endless genealogies. We need to learn to listen and actually obey...

Today there has been a watering down of the gene pool over generations upon generations of intermarriages that has resulted in many people today actually carrying genes inherited down from Abraham, whether they know it or not many are carrying Jewish blood.

Time for a DNA test or does it really matter???

Paul saw it as a non-issue so why do we make such a big deal of it today?

There is a good chance you could have "Jewish" blood in you.  So then are you a Jew or Gentile?

Now what do we do with that information?

It ought to make you think deeply about what you think you know verses what the Bible has to say about it all.

Jesus said to the Pharisees that being related to Abraham was a non-issue and that God can raise up children from stones if He wanted to.

Peter also talks about the converts to Christ being lively stones and this no doubt is born out of the teachings he heard during his time with Jesus.

If we or anyone who claims to be a Jew, no matter the person's origin, will not glorify God fully through Jesus Christ then God will raise up stones to bring Him the glory He deserves.

I keep looping this message around with hopes that someone will actually wake up on this issue. It took me over 45 years to get it. Prior to that I was the one who was wrong and the Bible was right all along.Go figure.

Read from the source to see for yourself and then decide what is the truth:

Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do. 1 Timothy 1:4

Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. Luke 3:8

And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. [40] And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. Luke 19:39-40

Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? [43] Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. [44] And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. Matthew 21:42-44

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: [25] And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. [26] And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: [27] And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. Matthew 7:24-27

To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,  Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.  Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.  Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,  And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.  But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:  Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.  1 Peter 2:4-10

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.  And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:28-29

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. Galatians 3:16
